Abstract:
Security and stability of educational administration system in university is an important guarantee for information construction and orderly operation of teaching. Based on the analysis of university academic management system and characteristics of information security, this paper firstly analyses the current mainstream of information security model, and the college educational administration online timetable system, query results system, test management system and teaching system, then this paper establishes a whole work model on the basis of intrusion detection techniques and proposes to establish a data warehouse of intrusion detection. Furthermore, it collects agreement packet with sniffed tool and inputs the data packet into data warehouse, so it can deal with data by data mining techniques and founding the invasion actions of the innovational administrative system. Ultimately, we can establish an efficient and stable system to protect educational administration, and provide useful suggestions for universities' educational administration information security.

The theory and practice of educational administration and management have been arenas of competing intellectual traditions. Related literature elaborates on the strength and weaknesses of various research methods and practices, the corresponding epistemologies and, ultimately, the underlying philosophies of science. This entry opens with a historiography of administration and management studies and the question of whether educational administration and management constitutes a field of study in itself, and, if this is indeed the case, what could possibly be the field’s conditio sine qua non. It is suggested that it has been the very coexistence and coevolution of contentious administrative practices and theories that give way to the field, which continues to be withstood by a tension between scholarly pluralism and an intuitive/instinctive (hence, categorically irrational)...

Mixed methods in educational psychology inquiry
Abstract
Mixed methods research has the potential to advance theory and enhance the usefulness of research findings. However, the success of a mixed methods research inquiry is tied to how well researchers integrate the quantitative and qualitative strands, and to how well researchers address the standards for quality in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. In this introduction article, we define mixed methods research and discuss what mixed methods research can offer to the field of educational psychology. Then we consider what constitutes integration and rigor in mixed methods research and describe three core mixed methods research designs. Following this overview, we briefly introduce each article to this special issue, along with the commentary by Vicki Plano Clark. We also discuss how the use of mixed methods can help address common educational problems including: (a) identifying and exploring socially-situated and contextualized learning processes; (b) providing insights into differences across individuals with respect to educational outcomes; and, (c) building instruments that reflect the experiences of individuals who will be assessed by these instruments. Finally, we close with thoughts on the future of mixed methods research.

This article focuses on the development of the educational administration system in China through a series of laws, regulations and policies, arguing that China's current educational administration system-the State Council and local governments at various levels are responsible to guide and administer educational work under the principles of administration by different levels and of a division of responsibilities needs to be further extended and reformed to address the new challenges and problems in the era of marketization and internationalization.
